Not medical advice
Everything on Lifting Post is general information based on research and training experience. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice, and it isn't a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian, or qualified coach who knows your situation.
If you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication, talk to a doctor or qualified professional before changing your training or diet. Exercise carries some risk of injury; you train at your own risk.
What data we collect
Lifting Post is a static website. We don't have user accounts, comments, or forms, and we don't set cookies or use advertising trackers.
Like any website, our hosting provider may process basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Our fonts are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn't send your data to Google.
Analytics and email
We don't currently use analytics or run an email newsletter. If we add either, we'll update this page to explain what is collected, by which service, and how to opt out, before it goes live.
Affiliate links
We don't currently use affiliate links. If we do in the future, posts that contain them will say so clearly, and we'll only recommend products we would recommend anyway.
Changes to this page
We may update this page as the site changes. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised.
